I am in a dilemma right now. I am thinking really hard whether I should buy myself an iPod or not, since there is a promotion going on till the 24th, Friday. I mean: do I really need an iPod that badly??? There are many things I can buy using the equal sum of money spent on an iPod. Not only that, I just receive an email from Kinokuniya Bookstore. They are offering a 20%-storewide discount to all Priveledge cardholders on the 24th! Think of all the books and comics I can buy! Yes, yes. I am a pure bookworm. So... I shall pass up on the iPod. Till next time, that is.

Right. Let's talk about my school-life. Today is the start of the 3rd week of school and I have an essay that deals with a lot of reading, which is due this coming wednesday. Unfortunately, I was already turned off just by reading the first sentence of the reading in the library this afternoon. Sigh... So much to read, yet so little is needed to write. Sigh...

There was Commuter concert this evening, and as usual, I fell asleep. However, there was a fairly good reason behind it. The programme consisted of 20th-century music, which I totally know neither head nor tail about. The pianist, a Korean lady, Lee Jung-Hwa, gave us 2 encore pieces. Thank goodness those two had nothing to do with the 20th-century repetoire. She played a Chopin nocturne, which I could not for-the-life-of-me remember the number, and Schubert's Moments Musical No. 2. Speaking of which, it was purely coincidental that Enx and I heard two different pieces of the Moments Musical today. EL let us Teaching group watch a DVD on an international piano competition during Piano class this afternoon, and one of the competitors played Moments Musical No. 3. Wow... What a pleasant coincidence...

That reminds me... I did not touch my piano for five days now. Oh boy... I am so dead if Ms Lim ever finds that out. Haha! Better practise/practice in the morning.

The girls and myself had a lovely afternoon in the library, discussing our Harmony homework and Korean hunks. We continued our conversation during dinner at Burger King about twigs, snowmen and checkered shirts. We had a lovely time there.

There is a crazy and huge mosquito flying about in my room, trying its hardest to feed off my blood. My blood must be really sweet. How delightful.

I shall return to my harmonic dictation before preceeding to Intensive Reading.

Cheerio! :)
